Every digital certificate is cryptographically signed (two signatories — Manager + Trainer) with visible signature stamps and a PDF signature panel. Any edit after signing breaks the signature.
Verification QR & link
Each certificate gets a unique verification ID, a QR code back page and an online verification URL that employers can scan or click.
One-click website publishing
Push each certificate's verification page to your website with one click (API-based).
Automatic emailing
Send certificates to participants by email with a professional template — individually or the whole batch, immediately or scheduled.
Your branding (white-label)
Upload your own logo (PNG/JPEG) and organisation name once in Settings — it replaces the header on every certificate and shows in the app sidebar.
Course description presets
Save your standard "skills learnt" lists per course and reuse them in one click.

How it works
From install to your first signed batch in four simple steps.
Install
Run the AS.CertPro installer on your Windows PC (5 minutes).
Activate
The app shows a Machine ID. Send it to us; we send back your license key. Paste, click Activate.
Set your branding
Upload your logo, enter your organisation name, add your signatories and email account in Settings.
Create a batch
Enter course + participants, click Process. Certificates are generated, signed, QR-coded, published and emailed.

FAQ
Does it work offline?
Yes — certificate generation and signing run on your PC. Internet is only needed to publish verification pages and send emails.
Can I move it to a new PC?
Yes. Contact us with the new Machine ID and we re-issue your key (one active PC per license).
Is my data stored on your servers?
No. Batches, participants and certificates are stored locally on your PC.
Can I use my own logo and name?
Yes — Settings → Your Branding. PNG or JPEG, max 1.5 MB, landscape/wide logos look best.
Which Windows versions?
Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit).
Is there a subscription?
No. It is a one-time license fee per PC.
