From 01 to 05 September 2025 , we welcomed a participant from a major methanol production plant in Labuan for a 5-day Siemens S7-1200 PLC training . The training focused on 💻 TIA Portal V18 , 🖥️ KTP400 HMI , and ⚙️ Sinamics G120 drive setup , covering hardware configuration, wiring, system diagnostics, backup procedures, and hands-on programming — from Basic to Advanced levels.

From 08 to 12 September 2025 , the same participant continued with a 5-day Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5000 training , covering both CompactLogix and ControlLogix platforms. They gained practical skills in 🔧 ladder logic , 🧩 function block programming , ⚡ analog I/O handling , and HMI integration using VSFT & TELLUS , alongside live hardware wiring sessions.
🏭 The participant’s company is one of the world’s largest single-site methanol facilities , converting natural gas into methanol through steam reforming and synthesis — with a capacity exceeding 2 million tonnes annually .
📍 All training was conducted face-to-face at our Johor Bahru HQ , using real hardware , not simulations. Fully HRDCorp-compliant and focused on job-ready, hands-on skills .
