From 01–05 September 2025 , a participant from a large-scale methanol production facility in Labuan joined our 🔧 Siemens S7-1200 PLC Training at our Johor Bahru HQ. The course covered 💻 TIA Portal V18 , 🖥️ KTP400 HMI , ⚙️ Sinamics G120 Drive , hardware setup, wiring, online debugging, troubleshooting, and hands-on programming — from Basic to Advanced .

Following that, from 08–12 September 2025 , the same participant completed 🔩 Allen-Bradley PLC Training using RSLogix 5000 , featuring both ControlLogix and CompactLogix platforms. Topics included 🧠 ladder logic, 🧩 function block programming, ⚡ analog I/O, HMI configuration (VSFT + TELLUS), and fully hands-on PLC wiring & system integration.

📌 This 10-day dual-brand training was fully face-to-face and hardware-based — no simulations, no shortcuts. Just real tools, real tasks, and real results.

🏭 The participant's company operates one of the largest single-site methanol plants in the world , converting natural gas into high-quality methanol through steam reforming and synthesis — exceeding 2 million tonnes annually.
