5-Day Siemens S7-1200 PLC, HMI & Sinamics G120 Drive Training , Johor Bahru

From 22 to 26 September 2025 , a participant from a Malaysian engineering and contracting company specializing in electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and system integration attended our Siemens PLC, HMI & Drive Training at AS Automation Services, Johor Bahru .

This 5-Day program covered Basic to Advanced levels , focusing on Siemens S7-1200 PLC hardware using TIA Portal V18 , integrated with Siemens KTP400 HMI and Sinamics G120 Drive Control .

During the training, the participant gained valuable hands-on experience in:

• Configuring Siemens S7-1200 PLC hardware and I/O setup.

• Hardware and HMI integration using TIA Portal V18.

• Drive control and communication using Sinamics G120.

• Performing backup, restore, and online troubleshooting.

• Electrical wiring and practical project implementation.

Through real industrial applications and practical tasks, the participant strengthened key competencies in automation control, HMI interface design, and drive systems operation , achieving full readiness for real-world industrial challenges.
