The journey began with five days of Allen-Bradley Basic-to-Advanced training, 02–06 August: ladder logic and function blocks, CompactLogix and ControlLogix hardware setup, Weintek HMI with EasyBuilder Pro, analog I/O, PLC wiring and a Hands-On project. Online debugging, troubleshooting, backup and restore were also covered. From 07–09 August, the three-day Siemens Intermediate-to-Advanced module followed: S7-1200 hardware, TIA Portal V18, hardware and HMI configuration, SINAMICS G120C drive control, backup and restore, online debugging, troubleshooting and a Hands-On project.
