From 08 December 2025 – 12 December 2025 , we successfully conducted a 5-day Basic to Advanced Schneider PLC & HMI Training at our Johor Bahru HQ lab for a long-established contractor serving the oil & gas sector, specialising in threading, machining, and end-finishing of tubular products.

This program was structured around real industrial hardware and live software environments , allowing participants to gain practical, job-ready skills. Engineers were trained using Schneider TM221 PLC and HMIET6400 HMI , programmed with EcoStruxure Machine Expert–Basic V1.2 and Vijeo Designer Basic V2.2 . The sessions covered PLC & HMI configuration, hardware setup, wiring practices, backup & restore procedures, and systematic online debugging.

Key competencies covered included PLC & HMI setup, hardware configuration, backup and restore procedures, online debugging, fault troubleshooting, and complete PLC wiring with practical project execution—mirroring real plant environments commonly found in oil & gas–related manufacturing operations.
