From 31 July to 14 August 2025 , we proudly completed a 5-day Basic to Advanced PLC, HMI & SCADA Training for a participant from a Malaysian chemical manufacturing company , sponsored under personal funding .
Conducted at AS Automation Services HQ, Johor Bahru , the training emphasized practical, real-hardware experience covering:
✅ SLC500 & ControlLogix PLC hardware setup.
✅ RSLogix 500 & RSLogix 5000 software programming.
✅ Weintek MT Series HMI using EasyBuilder Pro.
✅ Hakko HMI configuration and testing.
✅ Backup, restore, and online troubleshooting.
✅ Hands-on wiring and project exercises.
This session provided the participant with in-depth knowledge and technical confidence to manage and troubleshoot real industrial systems effectively.
