The training emphasized practical implementation , guiding participants from basic concepts to advanced control tasks using Schneider TM221 PLC paired with HMIET6400 HMI . Through EcoStruxure Machine Expert–Basic V1.2 and Vijeo Designer Basic V2.2 , participants learned structured PLC programming, HMI screen development, hardware setup, and live system testing.
Hands-on sessions included PLC wiring, I/O validation, online monitoring, troubleshooting strategies, and backup-restore workflows—skills directly transferable to high-reliability industrial environments where downtime is critical.
