The course covered Basic to Advanced PLC & HMI training , including Siemens S7-1200 PLC setup , KTP400 HMI configuration , TIA Portal V18 programming , and Sinamics G120C drive configuration . Strong emphasis was placed on online debugging , fault troubleshooting , backup & restore , and real hardware wiring , ensuring participants gain confidence for real plant environments.
All sessions were conducted using actual industrial hardware , not simulations, allowing engineers to experience realistic automation challenges and solutions.
