The training covered Basic to Intermediate Siemens PLC skills , using Siemens S7-1200 PLC , Siemens KTP400 HMI , and Siemens TIA Portal V18 software . Participants gained hands-on experience in hardware setup, system configuration, wiring, debugging, troubleshooting, and practical project implementation in a real industrial lab environment.
Midway through the program, participants were also guided on proper backup and restore procedures , online monitoring, and structured fault analysis techniques.
This program was designed to strengthen practical automation competency and improve real-world PLC troubleshooting confidence.
