From 22 to 26 September 2025 , a participant sponsored by a Malaysian engineering and contracting company, specializing in electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and systems integration, attended our 5-Day Siemens PLC, HMI & Drive Control Training at AS Automation Services, Johor Bahru .

The participant underwent an intensive Basic to Advanced program , focusing on the Siemens S7-1200 PLC hardware using TIA Portal V18 software , integrated with Siemens KTP400 HMI and Sinamics G120 Drive .

Throughout the course, the participant successfully mastered:

• Setting up Siemens S7-1200 hardware and I/O configuration.

• Hardware & HMI integration with TIA Portal V18.

• Sinamics G120 drive configuration and communication.

• Backup, restore, and PLC-to-drive troubleshooting procedures.

• Real industrial wiring and hands-on project execution.
