They sought our expert support to troubleshoot and inspect several of their HMI units on-site, followed by an in-lab repair.

Our dedicated engineering team responded promptly and conducted the following diagnostics: ✅ Hitech HMI PWS6600S-S: Backup successfully performed using the default password.
⚠️ Hitech HMI PWS6620-P: Unable to back up due to a newly installed supplier password causing access restrictions.
Following the site inspection, one of the faulty HMIs was handed over to us for further investigation and repair:

The repair process at our ASASMY Lab included: Replacing LCD Panel BH473190
Replacing 3 units of Power Control IC SRW10737
Replacing 10 units of Optocoupler XD34
Functional testing and full commissioning
The fully repaired and tested HMI unit was delivered back to the client on 18 April 2025.
