We recently delivered a 3-day on-site PLC & HMI training for 10 experienced engineers and technicians from a manufacturing company involved in producing contact lenses and eye-care products for global medical and consumer markets. This programme was conducted directly at the client’s site and fully supported under HRDCorp Claim .
The training focused on Schneider TM221 PLC using EcoStruxure Machine Expert , structured from Basic to Intermediate level . Our trainers guided participants through real hardware setup, PLC and HMI configuration, backup & restore procedures, online debugging, troubleshooting techniques, and a practical hands-on project aligned with actual factory scenarios.
This on-site approach allowed participants to learn efficiently without disrupting operations, while gaining skills that can be applied immediately on the production floor.
