From install to your first signed batch in four simple steps.
Install
Run the AS.CertPro installer on your Windows PC (5 minutes).
Activate
The app shows a Machine ID. Send it to us; we send back your license key. Paste, click Activate.
Set your branding
Upload your logo, enter your organisation name, add your signatories and email account in Settings.
Create a batch
Enter course + participants, click Process. Certificates are generated, signed, QR-coded, published and emailed.

Is there a one-time purchase certificate generator software (no subscription)?
Yes. AS.CertPro is a one-time license of RM4,500 per PC. There is no monthly or yearly subscription, no per-certificate fee and no limit on how many certificates you generate. Minor updates within the same major version are free.
Can I generate training certificates in bulk from a list of participants?
Yes. Enter one batch (course name, dates and up to 12 participants) and every certificate PDF is generated, signed and QR-coded at once. Run as many batches as you need — a 100-participant cohort is simply a few batches processed one after another.
Does the certificate generator work offline?
Yes — certificate generation and digital signing run fully on your Windows PC. Internet is only needed when you publish verification pages to your website or send the certificates by email.
Can HRD Corp training providers use it?
Yes. AS.CertPro was built by an HRD Corp registered training provider for its own courses. Certificates carry the course title, dates, skills learnt, two signatories and a QR verification link — which is what HRD Corp claimable clients and auditors want to see.
How does QR code certificate verification work?
Every certificate gets a unique verification ID, a QR code back page and a verification URL. Employers scan the QR or open the link and see the participant name, course, dates and issuer on your website — no login required.
Is my participant data stored on your servers?
No. Batches, participants and generated certificates are stored locally on your PC (the folder can sit inside pCloud, Google Drive or OneDrive if you want your own cloud backup). Only the verification pages you choose to publish go online.
Can I use my own logo and organisation name (white-label)?
Yes — Settings → Your Branding. Upload a PNG or JPEG logo (max 1.5 MB, landscape/wide logos look best) and it replaces the header on every certificate and in the app sidebar.
Can I move the license to a new PC?
Yes. Contact us with the new Machine ID and we re-issue your key (one active PC per license).
