Every kit is hand-assembled, wired and fully tested in our Johor Bahru workshop before delivery.

Whether you're an individual learner on a budget or a company kitting out a training room, you choose the level: from budget single-board PLC trainers paired with an affordable separate HMI panel, right up to premium genuine-brand industrial kits. The PLC and HMI are always separate units — so you learn both as proper skills — and every option shows its own live price estimate.

The CPU is the heart of your rig — pick the Siemens model that fits your budget and I/O needs.

Need a different model? Each brand has 100+ CPU models — the ones above are our most-requested builds. Choose the closest match and write your exact part number in the RFQ notes (Step 10), and we will quote that exact model for you. Refurbished units are fully tested, cleaned and covered by our 1-year kit warranty.

4 Add a separate HMI touch panel?

The HMI is always a separate physical panel — never all-in-one — so you wire and program it as its own skill alongside the PLC. Pick a budget universal panel or a premium brand HMI; it's entirely your choice.

We build one unit at a time — for multi-unit orders the lead time extends accordingly. Need more than 50 units? Mention it in the notes.

Build & lead time: Built to order, one unit at a time — approx. 30 to 60 days after Purchase Order (depends on complexity & parts availability)
Payment terms: 60% payment for confirmation — Purchase Order for companies or deposit for personal buyers; balance 40% upon delivery
Quotation validity: 30 days from official quotation date
Warranty: 1 year on PLC / HMI hardware (manufacturer warranty), workmanship covered by ASASMY
Documentation: Wiring / system diagram & basic exercise manual included; datasheets & compliance (pematuhan) table available for industrial procurement
Taxes: SST applied per Malaysian law on the final invoice — on-screen figures are approximations
Delivery: Within Malaysia only (DHL insured & tracked) or self-collection in Johor Bahru
