Terms & Conditions – PLC Wiring Simulator

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PLC Wiring Simulator Android app (the "App"), developed and published by AS Automation Services ("ASASMY", "we", "us" or "our"), Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App is

PLC Wiring Simulator is an educational simulation for learning PLC control-panel wiring and basic PLC and HMI operation. You place simulated components on a workbench, connect their terminals with wires, check the circuit and run a simulation to see how the circuit behaves.

3. Safety disclaimer — please read

The App is a training simulation only

• The App is NOT a replacement for proper electrical training, the manufacturer's manuals, applicable wiring standards or the work of a qualified or licensed electrician.
• Never work on live electrical equipment based only on what you have learned or seen in the App.
• Real wiring work must follow local laws and regulations, including (in Malaysia) the requirements of Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) and the relevant Malaysian standards.
• ASASMY is not responsible for any injury, death, damage or loss caused by applying what is shown in the App to real equipment, machines or installations.

4. Accuracy of the simulation

Component front views, terminal layouts, labels and behaviour in the App are simplified for training purposes and may differ from real products. Always refer to the actual product documentation when working with real hardware.

5. Trademarks

Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider Electric, Keyence, Panasonic, Beckhoff and all other product and company names mentioned in the App are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe the hardware being taught. ASASMY is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of these companies.

6. Free version and advertising

The App is free to download. The free version includes the basic missions and a selection of the industry projects and is supported by advertising shown through Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details of how ads work.

7. Premium purchase

• Premium is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase made through Google Play and linked to the Google account used for the purchase.
• Premium unlocks the advanced exercises and the Premium industry projects and removes all ads.
• Premium can be restored on the same Google account after reinstalling the App or changing devices.
• The price is shown in Google Play in your local currency before you confirm the purchase.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
• Premium content may be updated, improved or expanded over time.

8. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own learning. The App, its content, missions, graphics, artwork and code are © AS Automation Services, all rights reserved.

You must not copy, modify, resell, rent, lend, decompile, reverse engineer, extract or redistribute the App or any of its content, except where the law expressly allows it.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the App or interfere with its normal operation.
• Do not attempt to bypass, disable or tamper with Premium, in-app purchases or advertising.
• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.

10. Availability and changes to the App

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, update, suspend or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every device.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASASMY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for Premium, if any.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute relating to the App or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new effective date will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
